Positive: Location. Architecture. Comfy beds. Lots of room

Negative: A bit unloved. Outside was not well maintained- dead plants in pots, lawns unmixed, lots of bird poo on deck. Inside broken blinds, flat batteries in heat pump remotes no hand towels coffee pods, milk. Just a few thing to make it a bit nicer for the price would be good.
